News N° 24 “DCVe Go-Live Preparation Stage”

Dear Depositors,

At Depósito Central de Valores, we continue working on all the activities that will occur before the DCVe services’ launch on Monday, April 18, 2022.

As part of the “DCVe Go-Live Preparation” stage and in addition to the letter sent on the list of Security Administrators and Operators, we would like to inform you about specific requirements and documents that all depositors must provide.

1. USER INFORMATION LETTER CONFIRMATION

We wish to remind you to confirm the validity of the information included in the letter sent at the end of January regarding the information on the users considered for data migration. Adding new operators or removing any of those informed in the letter (except for security administrators) can start at the end of March with the new DCVe productive environment, where we will continue with the arrangements for the go-live. The new security administrators informed through Annex 3 will be considered in the migration process.

2.- AT LEAST TWO SECURITY ADMINISTRATORS MUST BE ASSIGNED

For the new DCVe application, each depositor must assign at least two different users with a Security Administrator profile before the go-live date.

Annex 3, “Security Administrator Assignment Registration,” available in this Release must be completed to update, add or remove Security Administrators, and it must be sent signed by its corresponding representatives to the Help Desk at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This update must take place on February 28, 2022, at the latest. We will soon provide information on the procedure to update security administrators’ information after this date.

3.- TOKEN-RSA REQUEST

For the new DCVe application, all migrated users must have their token security system active on their mobile phones. DCV will assign and provide an activation seed that will be informed in the upcoming days.

From March 2022, each company’s security administrators will be in charge of creating new users (non-migrated) in the DCVe application. They will also be in charge of requesting the activation of the security system for new users. 4. IP ADDRESS REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

All depositors must inform the IP addresses that will be used in the new DCVe productive environment. For this, items 1 and 7 of the “Depositors registration form” (available in this release) must be completed and sent to the Help Desk at This email address is being protected from spambots.
