During this pause, DCV will start the RSA enablement process.

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs that it has successfully completed the early training stage for the market tests of the DCV evolution project.
We thank each of the 361 operators who attended the 2 rounds of early training that took place during the month of October.
During this process, we were able to register attendance and carry out a voluntary survey of the attendees, which allowed us to collect valuable information about their satisfaction perception and their suggestions for improvements. In this regard, the latter recommendations were analyzed and considered in order to adjust round 2 to enhance the delivery of knowledge in a way that is more tailored to your needs.
These adjustments allowed us to increase the general satisfaction perception with the training carried out, which went from 76.7% (of grades ranging between 6 and 7) in round 1 to 95.6% (of grades ranging between 6 and 7) in round 2.

The Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs the end of the first cycle of the early training of the DCV Evolution project, whose purpose is to successfully face the market tests that will be carried out during the months of November and December of 2020.
On the website www.dcv.cl, in the DCV DCV evolución, menu, you can find all the videos and documents that were used in this first cycle. Similarly, as of today, the manuals of the services for the new platform are available, which can be downloaded from the “Manuals” menu on the same site.
We are grateful for the participation and commitment of the more than 300 users who joined the 9 training modules in this first cycle, and we hereby encourage them to continue participating in the second cycle, which is currently being developed.
Likewise, we want to remind you that the general training for the entire market, which have not yet started, will be promptly informed via email.
After the first meeting of this committee, held on August 13th, 2020, we already have the participation commitment of this team to carry out market tests, initially limited to this group and which will be carried out during the month of November and part of December. But without a doubt, we extend the invitation (optional) to all our depositors. In order to participate, depositors must meet the connectivity requirements, and have the support of a technical and support team to carry out the test scenarios proposed by DCV.
