1. Keep their proxies list and their corresponding signature records updated (please refer to the information provided in Circular No. 340 No.6 published on December 27, 2021), as well as the list of employees authorized to collect documents or securities from DCV's premises.

2. Keep the managers, assistant managers, and other executives or employees list updated with their contact information, including their address, phone number, and email address, for DCV to send any relevant information.

3. 4. Assign and keep Security Administrators and the Users Registry updated as well as enabling Operators (create and remove users, grant or revoke privileges.)

5. In addition, those Participants that have subscribed to the Forward Contracts Centralized Registry service must keep the list of Proxies with powers to subscribe contracts through advanced electronic signature and their corresponding digital certificates up to date.

In its version No. 24, of April 2020, the guide incorporates the following changes:

• In relation to the custody service and settlement of foreign fund quotas through the Euroclear-Fundsettle infrastructure precisions are incorporated and new rules for sending and receiving the international operations registration form (FROI) manual are added.
