Señores Participantes,
The Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs that the Special Pledge Service on Securities on Deposit Registered in the Book Entry System, hereinafter "Special Pledge" is available for its use for all Depositors.
During 2017, among other communications, DCV published Circulars No. 310 and 311, dated November 8th and 22nd, 2017 respectively, informing of the start-up of the first stage of the Special Pledge service, which considered operations carried out between the Central Bank of Chile with Bank Depositors, having registered to date more than 3,000 pledge instructions. During the last month of 2018, the trial and training of customers process was carried out relevant to Phase 2.
Given the preceding, the Special Pledge service is available for all Depositors.

Depositors must sign the Special Pledge Master Agreement, as instructed by Law 18,876. The text and format are registered under No. 944, dated October 16th, 2017, in the Notary Office of Santiago of Mr. Juan Ricardo San Martin Urrejola under repertory No. 55980/2017 (a link is attached to access a copy of it).

Dear Participants
The Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV), in accordance with the provisions of Title 15 of the Internal Regulations in force, announces the incorporation of a new Statistical Report, which can be acquired by Depositors as required.
This new report, entitled Consolidated Report on Instruments Subject to Article 104, will contain a consolidated report of the positions held by those participants who have subscribed it, in relation to those instruments subject to Article 104 of the Income Tax Law. This report will provide details on the instrument's code, the position held, currency, the period in which the instrument was maintained under custody in DCV's accounts, account details and a certificate associated with its position.
This report will be issued on a monthly basis and will be generated by DCV on the last business day of the month, being available for participants on the first business day of the following month.
This Report's monthly subscription cost will be of 0.1 Unidades de Fomento for each account included in it. Those depositors who wish to acquire this statistical report must submit in writing the relevant subscription/cancellation form, which will be available in DCV's webpage.

Dear Participants
Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Depósito de Valores (DCV), wishes to inform you that the trial phase related to the receipt of electronic documents with advanced electronic signature issued by Notary Publics, Real Estate Registrars and State Bodies, has ended.
In light of the preceding, DCV will begin receiving those electronic documents, which shall be internally validated, to subsequently issue the relevant legal reports, according to the nature of the electronic document sent.
The electronic documents must meet the following requirements:
It must be a document with advanced electronic signature, issued by any of the companies certified by the Ministry of Economy.
The document must be subject to validation (through OCSP automatic validation responses of the same companies accredited with the Ministry).
Should the response state that the signature is unknown, has problems or is not valid, the documents shall not be processed, without prejudice they will be analyzed case by case.
Should any of your Legal Departments require training on the use and validation of documents issued with advanced electronic signature.
