Between Friday, August 19 and Friday,
October 14, 2022,

IPSOS will send a weekly email for you to respond to a quality of service
survey about the New DCVe Platform.

Add this email address to your Safe Senders List. 

You can respond via any device.
The link to the survey is included in the email for you to copy and paste it
into your browser in case you cannot click on it.

Those who respond to the survey during these 9 weeks
will participate in a draw at the end of the period.

The more you answer,
the more chances you have to win!

Please consider the following to participate:

1	Every week, only those users who have interacted with the DCVe Platform will receive an email to fill in the survey.
2	You must complete the entire survey sent by IPSOS on behalf of DCV.
3	Each answer will be part of the final draw at the end of the 9 weeks. The more surveys you complete, the more chances you have to win.
4	Surveys are personal, and the link is only for one response per week. Therefore, each user has 9 chances to complete the surveys.
