with the DCV Service Quality Survey.

You can respond to the survey from any device.
The complete link of the study is written in the mail for you to copy and
paste into your browser, in case you can't click on the email.

To be part of the survey, you must consider the following:

1	In each survey, only those persons who have used the DCV web app during the month being assessed will participate. Therefore, not all DCV operators will receive an email to answer the survey.
2	Answer the entire survey sent by IPSOS on behalf of DCV.
3	Do not forget to provide your contact information, including your cell phone number.
