to answer the DCV Quality of Service Survey.

You can respond to the survey from any device,
and we will provide you with the complete link for you to copy and paste it into your browser without
having to click on the link included in the email.

To be part of the survey, you must consider the following:

1	In each survey only those people that have interacted with the DCV platform during the month being assessed will be able to answer. Therefore, not all DCV operators will receive an email to answer the survey.
2	Answer the entire survey sent by IPSOS on behalf of DCV.
3	Do not forget to include your contact information and your cell phone number.
