Next Friday, October 15, IPSOS will send you an email to answer
the DCV Quality of Service Survey.

You can respond to the survey from any device,
and we will provide you with the complete link for you to copy and paste it into your browser
without having to click on the link included in the email.

To be part of the survey, you must consider the following:

1	In each survey, only those who have interacted with the DCV platform during the month being assessed are eligible to answer. Therefore, not all DCV operators will receive an email to respond to the survey.
2	Answer the entire survey sent by IPSOS on behalf of DCV.
3	Do not forget to include your contact information and your cell phone number.
