What documents must be submitted?
- Photocopy of the Tax ID No. of the company and its representatives.
- Original signature register of the agents with powers to act in the securities market (legalized before a notary with the following annotation: “signed before me”).
- Legal background according to the type of legal entity (for details on the background information to submit, check our website on the “Consultation” tab and request the “List of legal backgrounds” according to the legal type of entity).
- Current powers of attorney deeds of the company representatives, where they indicate the powers they wish to exercise, such as selling shares, collecting, or receiving dividends (check on our website “Information to shareholders” - Powers of Attorney)
