To update your backgrounds and the register of agents of
legal entities, you must submit to DCV Registros the following: |

A photocopy of the Tax ID No. of the company and of its agents. |

An original signature register of the agents with powers to act in the stock market, legalized before a notary with a note that reads “signed before me”. |

 |
Legal backgrounds according to the type of legal entity. (For detailed information on the legal backgrounds to submit, check the Queries section on our site and request the specific “list of legal backgrounds” for the type of legal entity you need). |

 |
Valid powers of attorney of the company’s agents, where the powers they wish to exercise are indicated, such as selling shares, collecting, and receiving dividends. (See, Information for the shareholder - Powers). |
