	GOOD PRACTICES
1	Periodically carries out control activities on the operators that access DCV’s system.
2	Perform a periodic survey of the profiles and your organization’s functions to maintain updates of operators .
3	Remember to disable those operators that leave the company.

	SECURITY PILLS
	Always replace passwords that systems deliver by default.		Make sure no one watches you when you enter your username and password.
	Do not link your passwords to personal data.		o not leave any records of your access data on paper.
	Avoid repeating your password on different computers and platforms.		Do not use the “remember or save password” option.
	Change your password regularly.		Do not send your password by email.
