Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) is pleased to communicate the market’s successful reception of the Mining Securities Custody service.

	According to Law 20,551, enacted in 2011, in order for mining companies to ensure the State of Chile the full and timely compliance with the closure of temporary facilities and mining sites, they must provide securities to ensure the execution of their obligations. 	The service permits the mining company to physically custody the instruments defined in said law, and DCV must generate the custody certificates that Sernageomin requires from mining companies.
