ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTODY OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF PENSION FUND ACTIVE MEMBERS(BRAA)

The Custody Service of the Social Security Contribution System of Pension Fund Active members (BRAA) is provided by DCV to:

	Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) for the custody and administration of Recognition Bonds
	Social Welfare Institute (IPS) to respond to BRAA procedures associated with AFP requests
	Insurance companies for the BRAA Assignment process

WHAT CAN AFPS DO WITH THIS SERVICE??

	Access the BRAA registries of its affiliates held on deposit through inventory account services
	Make deposits or physical withdrawals of the Recognition Bond documents issued by Capredena or Dipreca
	Make electronic deposits or electronic withdrawals of the Recognition Bond documents issued by the IPS
	Manage the affiliate repository, procedures and transactions
	Manage the repository of Recognition Bonds (BR) and Backgrounds of Recognition Bonds (AB)
	AManage the Recognition Bonds database

WHAT CAN THE IPS DO WITH THIS SERVICE?

	Respond and manage the validation of the requests of AFPs for BRAA procedures issued by the IPS without requiring a physical document
	Confirm electronically the deposit requests instructed by the AFPs; BRAA issued by the IPS

WHAT CAN INSURANCE COMPANIES DO WITH THIS SERVICE?

	Confirm the assignment of BRAA without requiring the physical document
	Cancel the BRAA assignment process when it is not completed
	Reverse the assignment of Recognition Bonds (Reconciliation)
