Since its implementation in May 2015, the Electronic Pledge Registry Service (REP) has had great demand, closing last September at a new historical high of 166 electronic instructions. Similarly, the number of participants who have subscribed to the service at the close of September amounts to 34.

The speed, security and reduced costs that this Service represents for the constitution and redemption of pledges on securities held in custody with DCV are reflected in the growing number of operations registered on a monthly basis.

Certificate of position as an essential part of a pledge

We remind our Participants that the certificate of position is a central element in the development of a pledge.

The Electronic Pledge Registry allows for the rapid and simple generation of the Certificate of Position using the information of the same registry. The preceding enables the work and generates significant time savings.
