Dear Participant:

Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs that as of June 16, 2015 the ETF iShares securities traded today in the Foreign Sscurities Market (FSM) may be traded and settled in both, the national currency (CLP) and the original currency (USD).

This service, delivered jointly with the Santiago Stock Exchange, BCI and BlackRock, will provide more flexibility to investors and brokers in settlement in pesos of the instruments traded in the FSM.

Since the maintained to date by the depositors only considers instruments in USD, they could perform a conversion process that will allow them to obtain a position in CLP, the same procedure may be used in the daily operation.

It is also important that the depositors send the authorization via FRD, required for information to be provided to the BCCH.
