We report that as a result of the launch of the Venture market by the Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago (Santiago Stock Exhange), the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) will perform the custody and registration of such transactions that take place in domestic currency (CLP), with the values transacted in that market. The elegible Canadian instruments to date are:

Furthermore, to comply with the requirements and conditions set forth by the Banco Central de Chile (Chilean Central Bank, BCCH) in its Agreement Nº 1820-03, adopted in Board meeting held on April 30, 2014, published in the Diario Oficial (Official newspaper) of May 5, 2014, through which the transaction and payment in regular domestic currency of foreign securities subject to public offering in the market, was authorized, stock brokers that trade these securities are requested to send the authorization via Formulario de Registro de Depositante (Depositor Registry Form).
