DCV went with its clients to the top of the hill
In a night around a barbecue, a bonfire and companionship outdoors together with many other surprises and an incredible view of Santiago from the Pablo Neruda amphitheater located in Cerro San Cristobal (San Cristobal Hill), the annual event was held that DCV organizes for its clients. The purpose of this event is to thank everyone who actively participates during the year in assessing the services DCV offers to them through a poll carried out by the company Adimark. On the occasion, Fernando Yáñez, General Manager of DCV highlighted “this is a valuable moment to share with a group of clients in a relaxed social environment in which the main motivation is to have a special night for them. DCV appreciates the cooperation and time devoted to the assessment of our services, since without this feedback the continuous improvement process could not be achieved”.
