DCV Registros opens its new offices

The relocation to The New Santa María Tower in Providencia aims to deliver outstanding service for our customers.

DCV Registros, the administrator of shareholder and contributor registries, and an subsidiary of the Depósito Central de Valores (DCV), has opened its new facilities in the district of Providencia, with improved spaces for distribution and amenities, aimed at facilitating the operations and procedures of shareholders, issuers and the general public.

The new offices, which house the operations and services management, were designed with the purpose of enabling collaborative work according to the concept of wellness, with multiple work spaces that allow concentration and privacy, rest areas, and ergonometric furniture, promoting the health and well-being of employees.

The modern offices are located in the Nueva Torre Santa María building at Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, district of Providencia, and in total there are 2 floors on which DCV Registros and the comptroller's office and human resources are located, the latter being on the 23rd floor. Custody temporarily remains at Huérfanos 770, floor -1, Santiago, and will be relocated as soon as we have the corresponding authorization.

The building has LEED certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), which measures, among other things, the efficient use of energy and water, the correct use of materials, the handling of construction waste, and the quality of the environment within the building.

The new space was developed using infrastructure that guarantees inclusive accessibility, energy efficiency and special areas such as breastfeeding rooms.

The new offices of DCV Registros are now aligned with the strategic focus of the company.
