QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE WORKPLACE IS ONE OF THE RELEVANT ASPECTS FOR THE COMPANY WHEN MANAGING ITS SOCIAL DIMENSION AND ACHIEVING INTERNAL IMPROVEMENTS.

DCV’s Quality of Life Program was born in March 2014 by considering a broad concept of “health” that includes physical, psychic and social elements. It was created for the purpose of promoting healthy habits, evaluating and controlling risk factors that employees may present; promoting healthy lifestyles and performing periodic check-ups, which allows providing feedback for helping to prevent possible illnesses.

The program has ongoing activities, which include the following: Active breaks and express massages, healthy snacks, free and confidential professional guidance in the legal and psychological areas, in addition to the constant promotion of healthy habits through internal communications. In addition, the development of monthly and free proposals, which are renewed annually, which include the following: vaccination against influenza, health check-ups, nutritional care, and even the development of more fun activities such as celebrating Children’s Day.

These are non-monetary benefits that complement each other in a coherent manner with the rest of the benefits of DCV, such as those linked to work/life balance and with our practices associated with the promotion of responsible leadership, diversity and inclusion and corporate ethics. All of which allows us to work trusting in our workplace”, concludes Sandra Valenzuela.

Five years after its creation, today the Quality of Life Program is an element that generates attachment, pride and commitment for all employees, who recognize through it the benefits sought by DCV.

The challenge is to maintain the internal brand of the Quality of Life Program, renewing activities every year and innovating in new proposals that allow a person-company balance.
