Between July 19th and July 22nd the people in charge of the risk divisions of financial organizations from all over the globe met in Panama. Claudio Herrera, Deputy Manager of Risks and Processes, and Mario Leiva, Chief Risk Officer, participated in this event, obtaining the certificate in “Principles and Guidelines of the NTC ISO 31000 Standard Risk Management”, an internationally-recognized standard, adopted in over 40 countries.

This certificate transforms DCV’s professionals into experts in the standard, being able to understand the vocabulary, principles, reference framework and risk management process of ISO 31000; in order to optimize our organization’s risk management processes.
