We are informing of an adjustment in our fees for the International Custody Service, specifically in connection with the Peruvian market.

Due to the authorization of DVP and the activation of current fees that DCV was not passing on to its clients, the fees will be effective from August 1st, 2017 for the International Custody Service in the Peruvian market (MILA and Out of MILA), which are as follows:

Please note that this change is not due to increases or changes in fees applied by Cavali (Peru).

CHANGES TO CURRENT FEES ARE:

1.    A fixed monthly fee for using the infrastructure in Peru is established.
2.    The “Local Securities Custody” fee (currently 1.45 bps per year) is adjusted.
3.    The “Foreign Securities Custody” fee (annual bps)” is transferred. Applies to all instruments issued abroad (outside Peru) held in custody by CAVALI (ISIN other than PEP).
4.    Money Transfer costs are transferred for DVP operations (delivery versus payment) with indicated margin.
