We hereby call a General Assembly of Depositors, to be held on March 10th, 2017, at 09:00 hours, in the Auditorium of AFP Provida S.A, located at Pedro de Valdivia No. 100, 1st floor, district of Providencia, Santiago.

1.    Be familiarised with the Management Report of the Surveillance Committee.
2.    Elect the members (5) of the Surveillance Committee.
3.    Approve the budget of the Surveillance Committee.
4.   Approve the installments to be paid by the depositors for the operation of the Surveillance Committee and the determination of the form thereof.
5.    Elect the Secretary of the Meeting.
6.    Determine the amounts of guarantees and insurance.
7.    Other matters of common interest

Power of attorney verification shall take place until 08:30 of the day of the Meeting.
