Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Securities Depository, calls for an Ordinary Assembly of Participants to be held on March 11, 2016 at 9:00AM in the Auditorium of AFP ProVida S.A. located at Avenida Pedro de Valdivia N°100, ground floor, Providencia, Santiago.

1. Learn the Management Report by the Surveillance Committee.
2. Election of the members (5) of the Surveillance Committee.
3. Approve the Surveillance Committee budget.
4. Approve the instalments to be paid by participants for the operation of the Surveillance Committee and the way it is determined.
5. Election of the Meeting’s Secretary.
6. Establishment of the amount of guarantees and insurance coverage.
7. Other matters of common interest.

The qualification of powers-of-attorney will be performed until 8:30Am on the day the Meeting will be held.
