| Due to the coming into force of Law 20.270 on the reorganization and liquidation of companies and persons, that replaces the Bankruptcy Law. Law 18.876, which establishes the legal framework for the setting up and operation of private depository and securities custody companies in force today, was modified regarding the norms that regulate the bankruptcy of custody companies.
