As of June 16, 2016, the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros proceeded to subscribe the company Gas Natural Chile S.A. in the Securities Registry under N° 1140, with 168,000,000 shares subscribed and paid.

In accordance with the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of GASCO S. A. Company held on  March 30, 2016, those shareholders that have shares of Gasco S.A. Company subscribed under their names in the corresponding registry as of midnight of the day previous to June 22, 2016 and on account of one share of Gas Natural Chile S. A. for every Gasco S.A. share, will have the right to receive shares of Gas Natural Chile S.A.

The shareholders who wish to withdraw the certificates of Gas Natural Chile S.A. shares, may go to DCV Registros S.A. offices in Huérfanos 770, floor 22, Santiago, from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 and 17:00, and Fridays between 9:00 and 16:00.

Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) will automatically deposit the new Gas Natural Chile S.A. shares for the depositors of Gasco S.A. in the corresponding position accounts.

From  June 22, 2016, the shares issued by Gas Natural Chile S.A. may be officially quoted on the stock markets.
