Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) informs participants that this Wednesday January 7, 2015, the mining company U3O8 Corp. became the first Canadian security to be listed in the local stock exchange market under exempt resolution N°246 issued by the SVS on October 6, 2014, whose transactions are performed under the mnemonic “UWE”.

The new International Custodians Operations Manual has been modified with the incorporation of this new security to be traded locally under the provisions of Title XXIV of Law 18045 (Public Offer of Foreign Securities), incorporating the settlement process abroad of Canadian market securities that will be custodied by DCV abroad through DTC (point 2.6 of the manual).
