Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs Participants that through Exempt Resolution 211 of August 20, 2014, the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance has endorsed amendments to the Company’s Internal Regulation. The new approved version includes different topics, most of which are related to updates due to changes in the law, among which are:

• Amendment to Title 9 of the Regulation which includes the Pledge Electronic Registration Service that will soon be available to our Participants.
• Amendment to Title 18, which will allow for extending the Forward Service to Participants’ clients.
• Concerning International Custody, both the Regulation and the Annex are modified so as to clarify the rights of the parties.

The new Internal Regulation and the new International Custody Annex are available for consulting in the updated version on DCV’s web page.

Furthermore, to facilitate the reading an abridged text containing the detail of the modifications to the Regulation is available and may be downloaded from this circular letter.
