In conformity with the provisions set forth in Title 16 of the Internal Regulation in force, Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) shares the new version of the International Custody Service Operations Guide, as well as other forms.

The content has been updated incorporating one more point to the guide (1.14) in respect of the modification in the operations instruction procedures because of the coming into force of FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act).

The following are the documents referred to in the update:

3. FROI BVE Form.
4. Final Beneficiary Registry Form - FATCA.
5. Final Beneficiary Registry Report – FATCA - Operations
