Dear Participant It is the interest of Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV), to clarify that the discounts mentioned in the referred circular, dated January 10, 2014, applies only to DCV participants, to whom the provisions set forth in Circular Letters will be applied. We are sorry for any misunderstanding the preceeding may have caused to any issuing client of DCV Registros S.A. who may have received this communication, which was sent for information purposes. We would appreciate if you could acknowledge this clarification. Furthermore, we reaffirm that the discount referred to does not apply to DCV Registros clients, but only to entities that are DCV Participants and acting as such.
