Dear Participant In accordance with dispositions set forth by Title 16 of the Internal Regulation in force, Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) informs its depositors regarding a new version of the International Custody Service Operations Manual. Section 2.8 of the Manual specifies some aspects in relation to the way in which to invest in the Colombian market, due to the regulation in force in said market. The amendments to the version of the Manual in force introduced in Number 4 of Section 2.8 referred to previously are as follows: DCV depositors shall be responsible for designating an agent in Colombia (local administrator) in order to comply with exchange, tax and information duties as per Colombian regulation designation set forth in the aforementioned number is a prerequisite that must be met before the establishment of operations and must be reported to DCV. It should be noted that in case it becomes impossible to identify a local administrator DECEVAL shall have cause to decide on the closing of the investor’s position in the Colombian local market.
