Pursuant to Internal Communication 11.985 of the Santiago Stock Exchange, dated August 2nd 2013, official quot of Madeco shares on the Santiago Stock Exchange, (MADECO) RUT (Chilean Taxpayer Id) 76.725.453-3, which is a company that was set up from the division of Invexans S.A. (INVEXANS), begins as of today, Wednesday August 14th.

The foregoing, considering Invexans S.A. has set the date of today August 14th 2013, as the date to execute the distribution to the shareholders of the Company, of a total of 7,422,000,000 Madeco S.A. shares, in the proportion of one MADECO share for every share that they hold in INVEXANS.
