DCV hereby informs its Participants that on July 24, 2012 the Santiago Stock Exchange cancelled the registration of the corporation “Somela S.A.” (SOMELA) considering that upon the company’s request the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance cancelled the listing of this company and stock thereof in the securities registry by Exempt Resolution Nº 298 of 23 July 2012.  

In accordance with the provisions set forth by DCV’s Internal Regulation (number 6.1.3), those Participants who maintain positions in shares issued by “Somela S.A.” (SOMELA) shall proceed to withdraw these securities within 30 days from this communication.
