Dear
PARTICIPANT
DCV Securities Depository informs its depositors that as of June 1st, 2012 a rate change shall apply, consisting of a reduction in the fee of Transfer Operation Records for position accounts regarding numeral 19.3.4 of the Internal Regulation. This change shall be in force for the invoice of June.
Thereafter, said numeral shall be as follows:
“Record of the transactions of security transfers among position accounts shall accumulate the following fee:
A 0.005 UF(Unit of account or Inflation Index Unit) fee shall apply for every record of security transfer transactions that take place among position accounts of the same depositor, and those that take place between a position account and a group or individual principal account managed by the own depositor.
Said fee shall be charged to every account where the transfer movement takes place”.
We report that this rate modification was approved by the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros (Superintendence of Securities and Insurances) through Exempt Resolution Nº 039 of February 17th, 2012 and Exempt Resolution Nº 202 of May 9th, 2012.
