Circular Letter Nº 191 "Deposit agreement and responsibility of partaker`s"

As in previous occasions, we would like to remind you that as provided under the Deposit and Internal Regulation Contract of Depósito Central de Valores S.A., Securities Depository (DCV), it is each Partaker’s responsibility to:

1.   Keep their representatives’ list and corresponding signature registration updated, as well as the list of employees authorized to withdraw documents or securities from DCV’s premises. If you are interested in knowing the representatives and employees that your entity keeps registered at DCV to date, please contact our Customer Service Desk at telephone 56-2-393 9001 and do the respective updates if applicable. 

2.   Appoint a Software Security Administrator who is provided access by DCV to the transactions furnished for equipment registration (PC addresses through which the connection with the Software will be made) and the Users’ Registration and enablement as Operators, (create and delete users, grant or void authority to access the transactions, determine the duration period of passwords, change passwords and define the equipment through which the respective users will be able to make the connections).

3.    Such Partakers who have adhered to the Forward Contracts Centralized Registration service must also keep the list of representatives with authority to subscribe contracts electronically, by advanced digital signature, as well as the corresponding digital certificates, updated.

In light of the above, we recommend revising the User-Operator appointments and the profiles that your Security Administrator has assigned each for operating with DCV until the present time.
