We hereby inform you through the current Circular, that DCV requests the participants to take notice of de errata on Circular N° 186, April 13, 2011.

In the third paragraph reads: …”Empresas Peñón S.A. en liquidación”…

It should read:… “Empresa PeñónS.A.”

We hereby inform shareholders and public in general that due to exempt resolution N° 223,  April 12, 2011, accepting the request made by the corporation Empresa El Peñón S.A., the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros cancelled registration N° 78 of mentioned corporation in the register of securities, as well as the registration of its shares.

The department of shareholders of the corporation will continue to serve the shareholders in the offices of DCV Registros located in Huérfanos street 770, 22nd floor, Santiago Centro.

According to the provisions of the internal rules of DCV (section 6.1.3) the depositors – who maintain position of shares issued by “Empresas El Peñón S.A. in liquidation” – must, within 30 days from the date of this notice, make the withdrawal of such securities.
