DCV Reminds its Depositors to Provide Accurate and Updated Information on their Investors (8/12/2024)

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores (DCV) would like to remind you that according to General Standard 223 of August 22, 2008, its depositors must provide their investors' information to depository and custody entities for the proper setup of their segregated account to meet the obligations of the legal regulation.

The required information includes the investors' names, last names, addresses, and email addresses. All this information must be recorded and updated by your entity, at least every 6 months, in the DCV Evolution (DCVe) platform, Accounts and Investors module → Investors option.

DCV uses this information to send the statements with the balances and movements of the corresponding nominee accounts under their administration. Due to this, that information needs to be properly recorded and updated.

The above must be considered in addition to what was informed in the email sent quarterly by DCV regarding the incorrect email addresses of their investors, where it is requested that any inaccurate information be amended.
