Dear Depositors,
Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the New Forward Service will be released to the market in the second semester of this year. The service includes important improvements from best practices and recommendations provided by the system users and in different meetings, such as the clients' committees that DCV holds periodically.
The changes include an upgrade to the solution's architecture and platform, optimizing graphic interfaces, simplifying the information upload file through a change in its format, and moving to the next level by including blockchain technology in the processing and maintenance of the forward contracts, in a network fully administered by DCV.
On the other hand, and in response to the recommendations of the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission, the service will be provided by subsidiary DCV Asesorías y Servicios S.A.
To do this thorough and orderly service migration, a DCV business executive will contact you to schedule a meeting and review this process and its associated action plan, which considers the following, among other things:
- Contracts signature
- Training
- Market Tests
