DCV Registros S.A., Dividend No. 26/2023

Dear Participants,

According to the agreement made in the General Shareholders' Meeting of March 26, 2024, we wish to inform the shareholders that starting April 12, final dividend No. 26 of $287 per share (single series) will be paid chargeable to the profits of 2023.

Those shareholders that are part of the Shareholders' Register on April 6, 2024, will be entitled to that dividend, as per article 81 of Law 18,046.

This dividend will not be paid in person, and those shareholders who have requested it in writing or through our remote channels will have their dividends transferred to their bank accounts accordingly.

The tax rating for this dividend will be informed on the date scheduled by the Internal Revenue Service.
