DCV Reminds You of the Deadline to Sign the Deposit Contract and the Addendum

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators and the "Electronic Payment Addendum," as informed in the newsletter of March 22, 2023, are pending for signature.

The new releases include changes approved by the Board of Directors of DCV and the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission.

The contract updating process ends on December 31, 2023. If your company has already been contacted to update the contracts, please check the progress status of the documents' signatures. If your company has not been contacted yet, a DCV business executive will contact you to explain the following steps over the next few days.
