The Telephone Service for DCV and DCV Registros has been Restored

Dear Participants and Shareholders,

We wish to inform you that the DCV and DCV Registros telephone service has been restored.

The unavailability of the service was due to a cybersecurity event that affected our provider, GTD, on October 23, 2023, when our IT department decided to disconnect the service to isolate it.

After analyzing the information regarding the incident and taking all the necessary precautions in our facilities, we have concluded that we are ready to restore the telephone services.
