Last Chance to Sign Contracts with DCV Asesorías y Servicios S.A.

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores encourages those depositors who have not signed the new contract with subsidiary DCV Asesorías y Servicios S.A. to cooperate as soon as possible in the process since provisional article 4 of DCV's Internal Regulation states that after the term of 36 months following the approval of this regulation by the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission, DCV must stop providing the services of Statistics Reports and/or DTCC Transactions Comparisons (formerly OMGEO).

The deadline to migrate DCV services to DCV Asesorías y Servicios S.A. is on October 29, 2023, which the CMF has confirmed.

The transfer of services to the subsidiary continues under the current conditions, obligations, and terms.
