DCV Reminds You to Update the Signature of the New Deposit Contract and Other Items

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores informs you that the new version of the Deposit Contract for Depositors and Pension and Unemployment Funds Administrators and the "Electronic Payment Addendum" are available, as informed in the March 22, 2023 newsletter. 

The new releases include changes approved by the Board of Directors of DCV and the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) - Financial Market Commission.

If your company has already been contacted to update the contracts, please check the progress status of the documents' signatures. If your company has not been contacted yet, a DCV business executive will contact you to explain the following steps over the next few days.
