Depósito Central de Valores informs you that in an extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on May 30, 2023, in the offices of the Corporation, the entire Board of Directors was renewed, and its members were elected.

The new Board of Directors is comprised of: Guillermo Tagle Quiroz, Chairman; Jaime Munita Valdivieso, Vice Chairman; Juan Andrés Camus Camus, Director; Jorge Claude Bourdel, Director; José Antonio Martínez Zugarramurdi, Director; Miguel Mata Huerta, Director; Cristian Rodríguez Allendes, Director; Arturo Concha Ureta, Director; Héctor Herrera Echeverría, Director, and Sergio Concha Munilla, Director.

The new board welcomes Sergio Concha Munilla, Business Engineer and Accountant Auditor of Universidad de Chile. Mr. Munilla holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has a vast experience in the banking sector, leading institutions in Chile and Latin America.
