In-person Customer Service Plan Considering the Extension of the Health Alert

Depósito Central de Valores S.A. (DCV) and its subsidiary DCV Registros inform you about their in-person customer service plan in regard to the publication in the Official Gazette on March 23, 2023, where the Government of Chile extends the health alert until August 31, 2023.

Custody-related services (DCV)

• In-person custody customer service: Monday - Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Equity deposit and withdrawal forms: Digital format will continue being used until further notice. Monday - Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is for the equity issuers subscribed to this modality.

DCV Registros' in-person customer service
