Request to Attend Shareholders' Meetings

Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central de Valores makes available a letter form to request Certificates to attend General and/or Extraordinary Investors' or Shareholders' Meetings.

The form must be used starting today, Monday, January 30, 2023, to request the attendance of your clients to meetings to exercise their right to speak and vote either in person or remotely. Please include the email address of the person attending the meeting in this form. Depositors are responsible for providing the correct information in this request.

The forms must be sent to the following email address: custodia_This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and no later than the business day before the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
