Dear Depositors,

Depósito Central Valores S.A. (DCV) and its subsidiary DCV Registros, inform you about the operating hours of the National and Cross-Border Custody and the Shareholders and Investors Registers Administration Services for Friday, December 23, and Friday, December 30, 2022.

DEPÓSITO CENTRAL DE VALORES (DCV)

The Help Desk will answer your inquiries from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The transactions settlement registry will operate until 6:30 PM, as usual.
Deposit and Withdrawal and Equity forms during contingencies will be received in digital format, and the cashier service will operate from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

The Central Bank of Chile will exceptionally close the operation of the RTGS System 60 minutes before based on the following details:

For the RTGS System in CLP:
03:00 p.m.	Net results settlement for the checks clearing house.
03:30 p.m.	Net results settlement for ATMs clearing house. CCAV payment orders reception closure
04:00 p.m	CCAV high-value clearing house results settlement.
04:15 p.m	ITFs sent by a nominee accounts entry closure. ITFs sent by a third parties entry closure. ILF requests closure.
04:30 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account settlement closure. ITFs sent by a third-party settlement closure. ITFs sent by own account entry and settlement closure.
05:00 p.m.	Debit and credit closure by FPD and FPL requests.
05:15 p.m.	BCCh in CLP transactions closure.
05:30 p.m.	RTGS CLP system closure.

For the RTGS system in USD
03:30 p.m.	Net results settlement for checks clearing house in USD.
04:45 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account entry closure. ITFs sent by a third-party entry closure.
05:00 p.m.	ITFs sent by a nominee account settlement closure. ITFs sent by a third-party settlement closure. ITFs sent by own account entry and settlement closure.
