Important Information on Securities Accounts to be Issued - Distribution

Dear Participants,

DCV reminds its depositors that, as informed in the release DCVe Today No. 10, n the DCVe Platform, the "Securities Account to be Issued" of the "Distribution Accounts" type must only be used to deposit own issuance securities or those where the issuer is responsible, and that have not been placed in the market. This account does not affect corporate actions. If depositors enter current holdings into this account, these will not be part of the informed corporate actions processes.

We would also like to remind you about some considerations regarding the balances currently held in securities accounts to be issued:

• Depositors that keep holdings to be issued in different accounts must transfer these holdings to the distribution account assigned by DCV to each issuer depositor.
• In the DCVe platform, and once in operation, only those holdings kept in distribution accounts will be exempt from custody fees (unlike in the former system - DCV web application (SADE) where this exemption applied to all their own accounts) and from the corporate action process.
