DCVR-2022 Eventual Dividend Notice of Payment

According to the agreement made in the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of August 30, 2022, we wish to inform the shareholders that starting September 9, 2022, eventual dividend No. 1 of $640 per share (single series) will be distributed chargeable to the accumulated profits of previous financial years, which will be paid in cash.

Those shareholders that are part of the Shareholders' Register on September 3, 2022, will be entitled to that dividend, as per article 81 of Law 18,046.

To protect the health of our collaborators and shareholders, this dividend will not be paid in person, and those shareholders that have requested it in writing will have their dividends deposited in their bank accounts, or if they prefer to have it paid through a bank transfer they can request it through our remote contact channels.

The tax rating for this dividend will be informed on the date scheduled by the Internal Revenue Service.
