Dear Shareholders,
As informed to the shareholders of Banvida S.A. in a publication on May 2, 2022, in El Mercurio newspaper, in the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a final dividend of $12.32 per share, chargeable to the profits of the fiscal year 2021. As mentioned in the publication, this dividend started being paid on May 9, 2022.
The Corporation has informed that the payment made for the mentioned final dividend has been $12.31699 per share, which corresponds to a numerical approximation below the price of $12.32 per share agreed in the Shareholders' Meeting. Consequently, the Corporation will pay the remainder of the dividend of $0.003 per share to all the shareholders affected by this reduced payment.
The amount in pesos for every shareholder will be adjusted to the peso unit ($) immediately higher in the case of equal or higher fractions of $0,50 and the lower peso unit ($) if that fraction is lower than $0,50.
The payment of the remainder will start on May 23, 2022. Those shareholders that requested to have their dividend deposited into their informed bank account will have the remainder credited in the same account. Those shareholders that have not provided their bank account information before the close of the dividend must request their payment in the offices of DCV Registros S.A., located at Avenida Los Conquistadores N°1730, floor 24, Providencia.
As informed in the original publication, we would like to reiterate that those shareholders registered in the Shareholders' register until May 3, 2022, will be entitled to receive the remainder of the mentioned dividend for the shares they have registered until that date.
Shareholders or their representatives must show their I.D. cards when collecting the money. Similarly, legal representatives or volunteers must accredit their identity.
