Information on the Final Dividend Payment in USD N°137 of CAP S.A.

Dear Participants,

We wish to inform the shareholders of CAP S.A. (hereinafter, "CAP" or the "Corporation") that due to final dividend distribution No. 137 (the "Dividend"), which will be proposed in the next Shareholders' Annual General Meeting (the "Shareholders' Meeting") of the Corporation and to which all shareholders that are registered as such by midnight of April 19, 2022, are entitled of the following:

The dividend payment will take place starting April 25, 2022, to those shareholders registered in the Corporation's Shareholders' Register on the fifth business day before this date.

The final dividend payment may be made in Chilean pesos or United States dollars, as preferred by the Corporation's shareholders, and according to the following procedure if USD is preferred:

Those shareholders who choose to receive the dividend payment in United States dollars must request it expressly to the Corporation through a request made by their current legal representative to DCV Registros by April 20, 2022, through an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. For the payment, shareholders must provide their name or business name, taxpayer I.D. number, and inform if the payment is to be made with a check or through a deposit in a USD current account. If they choose to have the payment credited in a bank account, they must provide the USD current account number, the beneficiary bank SWIFT code, and/or ABA code. In this case, the payment will be made through a bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the request. The request form that must be sent to DCV Registros can be downloaded from www.dcv.cl starting April 12, 2022. If the requested means of payment is a check, the check can be collected at the Shareholders' Service Department in Los Conquistadores 1730, floor 24, Providencia.

Those shareholders that do not request their payment in USD in the form and date previously mentioned will be understood as deciding to receive the payment in pesos irrevocably.
